Drawing on 15 years of big law firm experience, and experience with over $4 billion in transaction volume, Vantage Legal is able to provide top-quality and sophisticated legal services on par with legal services provided by the largest law firms in the country. Our experience includes drafting and negotiating complex agreements that allow clients to operate their businesses, including strategic agreements involving many of the Fortune 100 companies.
Pragmatic. Vantage Legal approaches every transaction with a pragmatic view. We believe that, to provide value-added legal services, it is important to first understand the client's business objectives, and to devise a strategy that adequately protects against legal risk, while at the same time advancing the business objective. This requires a balancing act, but in our experience has resulted in more successful and timely conclusions to transactions.
Cost Effective. As a small law firm with low overhead costs, Vantage Legal is able to provide legal services at rates that are cost effective, and with more flexibility to design fee structures that meet client needs (including hourly rates, fees per transaction, or monthly retainer arrangements).
