Adam Kravatz is a business attorney with experience in commercial transactions, privacy and data security issues arising in commercial transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Adam has extensive experience in drafting complex agreements and providing practical legal advice and guidance to clients in various sectors.
Adam began his legal career at the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, the highest-ranking firm in the Am Law 100, where he represented technology and healthcare companies in multi-billion-dollar transactions and helped to conduct due diligence and draft transaction documents. Adam has also authored several logic textbooks, taught classroom courses, and worked with international companies. His broad range of experience has equipped him with the ability to provide comprehensive legal counsel to a diverse client base.
Adam is one of the few individuals in the U.S. to have graduated from a top law school in just two years, completing Northwestern Law School's Accelerated JD program in 2016. While at Northwestern, in conjunction with courses taken at the Kellogg School of Management, Adam tailored his education to transactional legal practice, including completing courses in negotiation and corporate finance. He also earned a full tuition Bright Futures Scholarship from the University of Florida in 2013, showcasing his exceptional academic aptitude.
