Ben Oxley is a business and real estate attorney at Vantage Legal. Ben previously worked for over five years at K&L Gates, a nationally recognized law firm in the United States, where he worked on a variety of high-profile legal issues and a number of complex transactions.  Some of the practice areas Ben supported at K&L Gates included commercial lending and related transactional work, and regulatory compliance matters for regulated businesses (including those regulated by the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission).

 

Ben also acted as manager of a discovery review team composed of several associates, and a number of paralegals, providing oversight and guidance, and distributing workload and tasks associated with the review of discovery documents and electronically stored information (ESI).

 

At Vantage Legal, Ben is also able to perform the functions of a paralegal, where necessary or appropriate to meet the needs of clients.

 

Ben is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and is licensed to practice law in Maryland.  He has completed two marathons and five half marathons, and coaches his daughter’s basketball team.
